Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to service a variety of home and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, washers, and industrial ovens. This role involves direct customer interaction during home visits and requires proficiency in diagnosing and repairing appliance issues using both manual and advanced electronic diagnostic tools. Occasional overtime and on-call availability may be required to support urgent service needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostic testing on home and commercial appliances
- Replace defective parts to restore appliance functionality
- Provide direct customer service during home visits
- Utilize manual and electronic diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Respond to occasional overtime and on-call service requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in appliance repair
