Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or emergency department clinical practice
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Proven ability to drive operational improvement and ED throughput initiatives
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills
• Current, unrestricted medical license (able to practice in Kentucky)

Responsibilities
