Web Content Specialist - Kentico

Primary Responsibilities

• Update and manage website content within Kentico Xperience / Kentico CMS .
• Create and modify webpages using existing templates and content components.
• Update text, images, PDFs, links, and other digital content assets.
• Review website content for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and usability.
• Validate links and ensure website content and assets are functioning properly.
• Perform website quality assurance and content testing prior to launch.
• Identify, document, and assist with resolving content-related issues.
• Conduct content reviews and website audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content updates are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support website launch-readiness activities and help ensure a smooth go-live.
• Manage multiple content updates and priorities while meeting established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with Kentico Xperience or Kentico CMS .
• Proven experience in website content management or web publishing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
• Experience updating webpages, images, PDFs, hyperlinks, and other digital content assets.
• Understanding of website structure, navigation, and user experience best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting website content migrations .
• Experience with website QA, testing, and launch readiness .
• Experience with link validation and website content auditing .
• Basic knowledge of HTML .
• Experience supporting large-scale website launches .
• Familiarity with website accessibility and digital content best practices.
