Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Birdsboro, PA, for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of landscaping and hardscaping projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include managing project plans, coordinating teams, supervising field crews, monitoring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintaining resource allocation. The role will also involve liaising with clients to provide updates and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising field crews
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for landscaping or construction projects
- Knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping practices, tools, and materials
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance relevant to outdoor projects
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and address client concerns
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to maintain high-quality work standards
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in an outdoor field environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry-specific certifications are a plus
