Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist
US Army
Duties
Responsible for analysis and monitoring the space management of all facilities.
Recommend approval of all alterations, relocations, and renovations.
Provide leadership and management skills to the division.
Plan and set priorities and assigns special projects.
Interface with key officials and top facilities management personnel.
Serve as the ATC spokesperson at conferences.
Responsible for the planning, development and analysis of the Commands Military Construction Army (MCA) program.
Ensure proposed space is in an acceptable location, and that the building will accommodate requirements.
