Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy , an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient-first, relationship-driven care - not volume for volume’s sake.

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice
• Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment
• Travels to local clinics as needed---

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships
• Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
• Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
• Ability to lift or move patients as needed (Reasonable accommodations available)
