Your next giant leap starts here. Responsibilities Maintain and update attendee lists, assist in nametag creation, and conduct post-event data entry and coding. Pack/unpack event supplies and equipment. Support the coordination of event logistics such as catering orders, room layouts, and supply needs in collaboration with professional staff. Provide onsite support during event setup, execution, and teardown. Clerical functions (copying, collating, word processing, filing, answering phones, etc.) Distribute mail to events team members. Maintain storage areas to keep equipment in its proper location and inventory levels are met. Make on-campus deliveries of event materials and documents as needed. Assist with managing the inventory of event supplies, including tracking stock levels, organizing storage areas, and identifying reordering needs. Ensure all supplies and equipment are returned, stored properly, and maintained in event-ready condition. Occasional night and weekend opportunities.
