Our singular focus is patient care second to none!Job DutiesThe attorney will manage multiple cases, handle regulatory and compliance matters, and act as the primary contact for litigation and client counseling.Manage and litigate cases related to managed care and health care issuesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, offering legal advice and coordinating case-related activities.Oversee regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.Represent clients in court, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.Provide significant case management and client counseling, coordinating with associates and staff.Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in managed care and health care regulations.QualificationsFirm type: litigation or healthcare, experience: 3-5 yearsThe successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in complex matters and employment litigation and arbitration, with a focus on managed care or health care.This role requires excellent academic credentials, strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar. 2-3 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex litigation and arbitrationExperience with managed care or health care is required.Proven ability to handle multiple cases and manage regulatory or compliance mattersStrong client counseling and case management skillsExceptional academic credentialsAdvanced writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skillsBenefits For Our Full Time Team MembersComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coveragePaid time off, including vacation, holidays, and sick leave401K with matching; offerings vested fully @ 6 months of employment paired with eligibility to contributeShort & long disability, and life term insurance, complementary of full time employmentAdditional supplementary coverages offered @ employee's elections: accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, ad&d, etc.Insight is an equal opportunity employer and values workplace diversity!
