Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and create customized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality therapy across various settings: outpatient, inpatient, and home care
Supervise and support PTAs in accordance with care standards
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC charting system
Utilize treatment equipment including Ultrasound, Estim, Tractium, and Ionto
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Qualifications & Certifications:
Minimum Experience: 1+ year of experience in Orthopedic and Rehabilitation therapy
Active Minnesota Physical Therapy License
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Successful completion of Minnesota Background Study
