AR Team Lead, RCM

ResMed seeks a Team Lead for Revenue Cycle Management to oversee client account portfolios, lead a remote team of revenue cycle professionals, and drive improvements in reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency. The role combines people leadership with data-driven operational problem-solving in the home medical equipment industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of revenue cycle professionals to build capability and accountability
- Own performance outcomes for assigned client account portfolio and identify reimbursement improvement opportunities
- Analyze denial trends, payer behaviors, and operational metrics to implement corrective actions
- Partner across Revenue Cycle Management teams to eliminate process gaps and strengthen performance
- Lead operational improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce reimbursement barriers
Requirements
- 3+ years HME/DME industry experience with revenue cycle management expertise
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement processes
- Previous people leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to develop employees
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and improve outcomes
- Proficiency with revenue cycle management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and operational performance metrics
