Physical Security Project Coordinator

To support enterprise physical security initiatives, the part-time Physical Security Project Coordinator will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and serve as a liaison among Physical Security, Facilities, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in a remote work environment with occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities Coordinate physical security projects, manage schedules, and track project risks and deliverables Serve as a liaison between teams, translating security requirements into actionable tasks and drafting project updates Maintain system documentation and support vendor schedules and installation activities for security technology platforms Required Qualifications 2-4+ years of project coordination experience, including managing schedules and documentation Experience with physical security technologies such as video management systems and access control systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and device connectivity Knowledge of physical security concepts, including camera placement and system testing
