Featuring 356 guest rooms and more than 27,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, our hotel is a premier destination for business meetings, social gatherings, and special events.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Catering & Event Manager to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and servicing local corporate and social events, creating memorable experiences for our guests while driving revenue growth for the hotel.

As a Catering & Events Manager , you're not just overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Execute high-quality events: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Grow catering and events market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
