Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We're looking for an ambitious, dependable, and compassionate Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, learns quickly, communicates confidently, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, both in person and over the phone. Answer a high volume of calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Schedule appointments using multiple computer platforms. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, estimates, and payment processing. Communicate with clients by phone and email. Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient hospital experience. Requirements We're Looking For Someone Who Has exceptional telephone and customer service skills and thrives in a high-call-volume environment Is a true people person with a positive attitude. Learns quickly and enjoys taking on new challenges. Can multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Is dependable, motivated, and works well as part of a team. Is available to work three 10-hour shifts Monday through Wednesday, with flexibility to assist with additional coverage as needed, including weekends. Has previous office, medical, or veterinary experience (preferred), but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic. Why Join Us?
