Strategic Growth & Partnerships Lead

Safelite Group is seeking a Growth Strategy & Partnerships Manager to partner with Cash leadership, shape initiatives, and expand adoption. The role emphasizes data-driven business cases, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate cash conversion and customer engagement. The position reports to the AVP, Cash, Growth & Partnerships and requires in-office presence at Safelite Home Office in Columbus, OH, with a minimum of 4 days on-site per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
