Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems. Deliver a 5-star customer service experience on every visit. Communicate effectively with support team and managers. Care for company truck, tools, and electronic devices. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Hold a clean driving record. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing service experience. Apprentice plumber license required. Journeyman plumber license preferred. Proficient in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drain lines. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and job site safety practices.
