Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients across design, implementation, and compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax teams in a hub model with US/UK/Australia presence and in-country support across 70+ jurisdictions.
