Team members earn $20.50 - $23.75 per hour base pay (includes shift differentials and premiums). In addition, performance incentives provide the opportunity to significantly increase hourly earnings, with many top performers earning an additional $3.60 to $9.01+ per hour based on performance.

Our Fredericksburg (Lebanon County/Bethel Township) distribution center is looking for Warehouse Specialists to add to our team as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing product fulfillment services to our Ace Retailers and their communities. In this role, you will work as a part of a Values-Driven Culture team to service Ace Retailers by warehousing Ace merchandise and fulfilling orders, including responsibilities in Receiving, Stocking, Order Filling, and Shipping:

• Receiving : Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload freight, and process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.

• Stocking : Use of RF Scanner to resupply bins, and maintain inventory freight in preparation of order picking while on foot or reach lift.

• Order Filling : Use Voice Collect headset to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders via foot or forklift.

• Shipping : Operate a forklift or other power equipment to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly, and lift/carry up to 50lbs

• Highly motivated, Detail-oriented, and Self-Starter
