Overview:
• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and maintain an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Parts Room. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining inventory, coordinating with vendors, and supporting maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain MRO parts room operations, ensuring proper organization and stock levels
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; assign bin locations and reorder points
• Issue materials and maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Order and replenish MRO inventory, ensuring availability of critical supplies
• Work with approved vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and place orders
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while driving cost reduction initiatives
• Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory, SKUs, receipts, costs, and maintenance data
• Track and analyze spending using Excel spreadsheets
• Coordinate and help schedule repairs for equipment and facilities (HVAC, forklifts, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Prior purchasing or MRO experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent sitting, typing, and hand movements
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs as needed
