Pediatric Physical Therapist

The client is a provider-owned multidisciplinary group practice specializing in treating children with developmental and communication disorders. Their integrated team includes psychologists, counselors, neurotherapists, and allied health professionals who collaborate to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care. • We're seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping children achieve their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with developmental and physical disorders, family-centered care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Licensed Georgia PTs are encouraged to apply - new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome, with supervision and mentorship provided.
• Evaluate and treat children with a range of developmental and physical disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Complete and submit accurate documentation (SOAP notes, evaluations, and plan of care reports).
• Participate in monthly case management meetings with other disciplines to review goals and progress.
• Collaborate with the Allied Health Team Manager and administrative team to ensure high-quality care and service.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold company values and mission in all professional interactions.

• Pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental milestone knowledge
• Experience with neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT)
• Proficiency in gait training and mobility interventions
• Ability to design and adapt individualized therapy programs
• Familiarity with adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Manual therapy and sensory integration techniques for children
• Strong understanding of orthopedic and neurological pediatric conditions
• Collaborative approach with OTs, SLPs, educators, and families
• Culturally competent and family-centered communication skills
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy License (Required)
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Suwanee/Johns Creek, GA before starting
