Sanitation - House keeping 2nd shift

House KeeperThe House Keeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the Naturpak facility, including production areas, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas. This role plays a key part in supporting GMP compliance and creating a positive workplace for all employees.Key Responsibilities:Clean, disinfect, mop, sweep, and vacuum all assigned areas, and remove trash and waste.Clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, offices, and the breakroom.Perform periodic deep cleaning such as wall washing, vents, and blinds.Respond promptly and safely to spills and unexpected incidents.Operate floor cleaning machines, buffers, and wet/dry vacuums.Follow all SDS, safety, and environmental procedures, including required PPE.Qualifications:Strong communication and customer service skills.Initiative and ability to identify and complete tasks independently.Problem solving skills and attention to detail.Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to start as early as 6:30 AM; overtime possible.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to clean all areas of the facility.Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and vacuums safely.
