Department Quality Care Rehab Location Haven Health Cottonwood Compensation $35.00 - $38.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Patient Care Implementation: Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the licensed physical therapist to address patients' specific rehabilitation goals and functional needs. Therapeutic Exercise and Activities: Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities designed to enhance physical function and promote recovery. PTA instruct patients on proper techniques, monitor progress, and provide feedback for safety and effectiveness. Modalities and Physical Agents: Ensure proper application of various treatment modalities, monitor patient responses, and adjust parameters as needed. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and pain management techniques. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate regularly with the supervising physical therapist for updates and plan adjustments.
