Role Overview: The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides skilled inpatient occupational therapy services, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education to support optimal discharge outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develops individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status. Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as necessary. Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels. Completes documentation following departmental policies. Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential required. Preferred Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. No prior experience required.
