- Source, screen, and interview professionals across IT, engineering, and executive roles.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business goals.
- Match top talent to high-impact career opportunities.
- Write and post engaging job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle - from outreach to offer.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, celebrating shared success.
- You're eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and love working with people.
- We'll provide structured training, one-on-one mentorship, and the tools to help you build a successful recruiting career from the ground up.
- You bring a track record of success in recruiting or staffing.
