Location: Milwaukee

Schedule: Full time

Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

Relocation Allowance: $10,000

Productivity incentives: RVU

CME allowance: $4,000 Malpractice coverage with tail

This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type

What You Will Do

Lead Clinical Care: Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Drive Patient Outcomes: Manage the full care continuum, from admission and consultation to collaborative discharge planning.

Champion Quality: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality care standards.

Foster Growth: Engage in academic initiatives, research, and medical education as part of a forward-thinking clinical culture.

Seamless Support: We handle the administrative burden, including insurance documentation and denial appeals, so you can focus on patient care.

Integrated Teamwork: Work alongside dedicated case management and specialty partners to streamline every patient's journey.

Dynamic Practice: Whether serving as an attending or consultant, you will have the flexibility to adapt your role to meet evolving patient and hospital needs.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
