Essential Functions Performs plumbing assignments as requested by supervisor through daily job tickets. Maintains all plumbing in assigned school zone and performs maintenance measures to eliminate future major repairs. Exercises proper safety precautions during the performance of daily job assignments. Maintains adequate records of work performed. Replaces existing equipment and installs new equipment when required. Assists members of the department and members of other departments as needed. Responds to calls after hours when needed. Performs other related duties as requested or assigned. Evaluation Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation of personnel. Salary Information Classification: Journeyman Plumber Scale: Classified Grade: H Days Employed: 241 per school year Beginning Salary: $25.00 per hour Exception: JPS employees should refer to the Classified Employee Pay Scale Rules of Administration and Implementation.
