Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. Ive spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day. I bring energy and enthusiasm into the office, creating a workplace thats upbeat, supportive, and team-oriented. Were a family here, everyone genuinely enjoys working together and celebrating each others wins. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Were active in local events, support area businesses, and make it a priority to give back. I also encourage my team to get involved in causes that matter to them, because when we lift up our community, we all win. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teri Digrande - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
