Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. Ive spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day. I bring energy and enthusiasm into the office, creating a workplace thats upbeat, supportive, and team-oriented. Were a family here, everyone genuinely enjoys working together and celebrating each others wins. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Were active in local events, support area businesses, and make it a priority to give back. I also encourage my team to get involved in causes that matter to them, because when we lift up our community, we all win. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teri Digrande - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
