Reporting to the Salon Manager, our stylist contributes to our mission of style by providing hairstyling services in a range of modalities.ResponsibilitiesProvide a positive, luxury experience for all clientsEnsure client's comfort at all timesPerform all hair servicesDevelop client relationships to retain and expand business by providing consistent delivery of service and product knowledgeParticipate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainingsAdhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensin;Report damaged equipment to managementQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Possession of an active Tennessee State cosmetology licenseService mindedAbility to analyze client needs and hair to select the best product & style, as well as market the chosen products.Active listening skills and high attention to detailPrevious successful work experience is a plusCommitted to wellness and continuing educationReliable
