About the Role:

The Carroll Law Firm, PLC  (d/b/a ANTHEM LAW) is looking for an experienced and driven Supervising Paralegal to join our team in Anthem, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the daily activities of paralegal and legal support staff
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and docket management
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
• Assist in developing and implementing office procedures and best practices for the paralegal team
• This is not a remote position and requires in office presence

Requirements:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
• Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Willingness and/or experience to use/learn Claude and Clio
• Impeccable document preparation proficiency and accuracy 
• Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, deadlines, and legal terminology
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
• Personal Injury Experience required and a willingness to learn other practice areas
• Verifiable references
