All items contain no added purees, juices or concentrates, are all natural, non-GMO, preservative-free and completely free of the top 12 allergens. We make snacks without secrets. That’s it.
Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Production Planner to join our team. As a Senior Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing capabilities across several co-packing facilities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth!
Responsibilities
- Manage the production schedules for several co-packing facilities.
- Maintain a high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have daily/weekly meetings with leadership from the co-packing facilities to ensure production targets are met.
- Create and implement production schedules based on a validated replenishment program.
- Collaborate with various departments on inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Logistics departments on timely pickups of finished goods.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with That’s It Nutrition’s goal to reduce excess spend.
- Understand the type of machinery used at the co-packing facilities to include max outputs.
- Track manufacturing outputs and address any over and under production runs
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team on new product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize production processes
- Experience with Planning and workflow prioritization at an advanced level
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using production and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry and adherence to quality and safety standards is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
Pay Range - $80K - $100K (DOE)
This is not a REMOTE or HYBRID position. Strictly in office.
