This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced shop environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow alongside experienced technicians in a well-run service department.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery replacements, and brake inspections
• Assisting and shadowing senior technicians on more advanced repairs
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Learning diagnostic processes and accurately documenting completed work
• Participating in daily shop meetings to stay aligned and informed

This role is designed to help you build confidence, skills, and momentum in the trade.

• Competitive Pay: $20+ per flag hour (depending on experience) with performance-based pay
• Steady Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

• 1+ year of automotive technician or maintenance experience
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• ASE certification and/or independent or aftermarket experience is a plus, but not required
