About the Role We are seeking a CNC Programmer experienced in 3–4 axis milling and turning. This role focuses on program development, process optimization, and supporting machinists with setup and troubleshooting. What You’ll Do Develop CNC programs for mills and lathes Interpret blueprints and CAD models Optimize toolpaths, speeds, and feeds Support setup and prove‑out Collaborate on tooling and process improvements Maintain quality and safety standards 3 axis programming is common; 4 axis programming is infrequent Program CNC 3 and 4 axis vertical mills and CNC lathes with live tooling Requirements Strong blueprint reading skills 3+ years CNC programming experience (preferred, not required) G‑code programming knowledge Working knowledge of CNC machines Knowledge of machining principles CAD / CAM experience (Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.) Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years of age or older Dependability & accountability Organization & safety focus Attention to detail Mechanical/technical aptitude How to Apply Click “APPLY NOW” on this page and fill out the application.
