Bilingual PMO Support Specialist (English/Spanish)Location: Atlanta, GAThe PMO Support Specialist is the operational backbone of RELEX's Global Project Management Office. This role owns the setup, maintenance, and lifecycle administration of customer project infrastructure across our core delivery toolchain — primarily Jira, OpenAir, and Smartsheet — enabling project managers, consultants, and delivery leaders to operate efficiently from project kick-off through to continuous service handover.Acting as the primary support interface for delivery teams globally, including our Spanish-speaking markets across Latin America and Spain, the PMO Support Specialist resolves tooling requests, maintains data integrity across systems, and drives process improvements to reduce manual overhead at scale.What you'll be doing:As a Bilingual PMO Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to end users within the customer operations department, with particular focus on serving our Spanish-speaking stakeholders and delivery teams. Your responsibilities will include:Project & System AdministrationSet up, configure, and maintain Jira continuous service and implementation projects — including customer organizations, user access, SLA configuration, and automation rulesCreate and manage projects in OpenAir, including resource assignments, project hierarchies, and hour transfers between projectsMaintain Smartsheet project records in sync with Jira and OpenAir throughout the project lifecycleExecute customer re-namings and transitions across all systems (Jira, OpenAir, Customer DB, BI reporting) in coordination with Accounts Receivable and the BI teamProject Lifecycle SupportSupport project creation at kick-off and closure at go-live, including pre-closure handover requests to the support teamMaintain and update project templates (standard implementation and partner-primed) as processes evolveManage partner project manager access to OpenAir on RELEX-primed projectsCoordinate ticket routing and automation setup for hybrid implementation/support scenarios at project handoverStakeholder Support & ServiceServe as the first-line response to the global #help-global-pmo channel, triaging and resolving tooling and system requests from project managers and delivery leadersProvide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to project managers, consultants, and delivery leaders across Latin America and Spain, translating and clarifying PMO processes and system guidance as neededAct as a liaison between global PMO processes and Spanish-speaking regional teams, ensuring accurate communication and reducing friction from language barriersProvide clear guidance, in either language, on PMO scope, escalation paths, and relevant forms/portals for requests outside PMO ownershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams — AR, BI, RELEX Support, and Partner Success — to resolve multi-system issuesProcess Improvement & AutomationIdentify and implement automation opportunities within Jira to reduce manual administration (e.g., automatic assignees, ticket routing, SLA triggers)Contribute to the PMO team's automation roadmap, including automating monthly clock and reporting activitiesMaintain process documentation and update knowledge base articles as systems and workflows change, including Spanish-language versions of key resources where neededAdapt PMO processes, documentation, and system configurations as business priorities and organization needs evolveWhat you'll bring to the table:Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required — you'll be the go-to bridge for Spanish-speaking delivery teams and stakeholders2+ years of experience in a systems administration, PMO support, project coordination, or operations roleStrong proficiency with Jira — project configuration, service desks, automation rules, and user/organization management preferredDemonstrated ability to maintain data integrity across multiple systems simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to high-volume, process-driven workClear, professional written communication in both English and Spanish — able to guide stakeholders to the right process or resource efficientlyService mindset: responsive, thorough, and committed to quality across a high volume of requestsAdaptability and comfort working in an evolving environment — able to adjust priorities, learn new systems and processes quickly, and translate changing organization needs into practical ways of workingWhat we consider as an advantage:Experience with OpenAir or similar PSA/time-tracking platformsExperience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI toolsFamiliarity with Smartsheet or comparable project tracking toolsExperience in a global SaaS or professional services environment, particularly supporting LATAM or Iberian marketsExposure to Jira automation rules, advanced workflows, or Jira Service Management administrationComfort with process mapping and identifying automation opportunities in repetitive administrative workflowsAdditional language skills beyond English/SpanishWhat we offer:RELEX Solutions is a fast-growing global leader in unified supply chain and retail planning.
