Physician Contracts Analyst Summary:

• Responsible for insuring that physician contracts and agreements are in compliance with all legal, governmental and regulatory requirements. Oversees all physician offers for employment and agreements for BayCare Medical Group Physician compensation programs.
• Responsible for standard and complex contract negotiations and financial analysis associated with said negotiations.
• Review agreements and suggest contract language related to physician contracts.
• Position serves as a key component in BayCare Medical Group and BayCare Behavioral Health physician and ACP recruitment program; meeting with providers prior to offers of employment, determining the appropriate pay for each individual, communicating issues related to recruitment and/or contracting, negotiating contracts, and submitting documentation for systems preparation.
• Responsible for continuing employed physician compensation analysis, amendment preparation, and analyzing policies and contract templates to identify changes necessitated by new or updated compensation programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: Bachelors
• Preferred: Masters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years working with contracts or Masters degree and 3 years working with contracts.

• Shift Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Hybrid- Report onsite every Tuesday at the BMG Concourse in Tampa
