Responsibilities As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and excellent service while delivering high-quality food in a friendly manner. Key duties involve providing exceptional customer service, professionally taking orders, and preparing made‑to‑order food with precision. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness, following safety protocols, and promptly replenishing supplies are essential tasks. Emphasis is placed on punctuality, maintaining a proper appearance, and proficiently operating equipment, including cash registers. Your success in this role hinges on adhering to established performance standards, company guidelines, and demonstrating core abilities such as effective communication, basic math skills, teamwork, and maintaining professionalism even under stressful situations.
