Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced 360 Desk Direct Hire (Perm) Recruiter to manage the full recruiting and business development lifecycle. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, generating direct hire (perm) opportunities (job orders), recruiting qualified candidates, and managing searches through successful placement.

Recruiting will focus across a variety of both professional, skilled trades and specialized disciplines, including, but not limited to, Manufacturing/Industrial, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering/Technology, Finance/Accounting and Marketing/Sales.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building client relationships, accurately matching candidate skill sets to client needs, and consistently developing new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: build new client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Opportunity Generation: identify and develop direct-hire opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Client Discovery: lead intake calls to understand hiring needs, required skill sets, compensation parameters, and position expectations.
• Candidate Recruitment: source, recruit, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates for permanent placement opportunities.
• Candidate Matching: align candidate experience, qualifications, and career goals with client requirements and expectations.
• Candidate Presentation: present qualified candidates to clients and effectively communicate their experience and fit for the opportunity.
• Interview Management: coordinate and manage the interview process from candidate submission through final selection.
• Offer & Placement Management: facilitate compensation discussions, negotiate offers, and successfully close placements.
• Relationship Management: develop long-term client and candidate relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: maintain accurate business development, recruiting, candidate, and placement activity within the company’s ATS/CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful 360/full-desk direct hire recruiting experience in an Agency setting.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated success generating and closing direct hire (perm) searches.
• Recruiting experience within one or more relevant disciplines, including Manufacturing/Industrial, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering/Technology, Finance/Accounting and/or Marketing/Sales.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, qualification, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand complex job requirements and accurately identify appropriate candidate skill sets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and comfortable managing a desk independently in a 100% remote environment .
