Job Overview -  CDL Drivers needed.

Local Belly Dump Drivers needed for millings/tailings aggregates. You must have a flexible schedule. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and hold themselves to a high level of professionalism.

Duties

● Safely operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, to transport materials and goods.

● Unload cargo using bottom dump or side dump methods, ensuring secure placement for transit.

● Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.

● Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations during transportation activities.

● Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records.

● Communicate effectively with dispatchers, staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

● Class "A" CDL

● Side, end, or belly dump experience is a plus; water hauling and flatbed experience is good too, we can train.

● Local Delivery Experience is a plus

● Good Navigation Skills

● Good with paperwork

● Comfortable Using Smartphone Technology

● Ability to work out of town (when needed, we don't very often stay out on roadwork, most out-of-town road work will be Bacon-Davis prevailing wages up to $50.00 per hour, with a per diem)

● Minimum 23 Years Old

● Minimum 1 year of experience

● Current DOT Medical Card

● Good at being on Time

● Must keep the inside of the truck clean

● Must PASS the following:

● DOT Drug Screening- Road Test - must be able to back a trailer and drive a manual and/ or automatic transmission.
