This role will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure the technical set up for event invitations, thought leadership, and other content that is promoted through email aligns with the business objectives. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:*** Create and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua, including audience targeting and segmentation, testing, deployment, and data monitoring* Perform thorough quality assurance reviews of email campaigns prior to deployment, validating segmentation, links, personalization, content, configuration, scheduling, and other campaign requirements* Monitor scheduled and active campaigns and integrations between Eloqua and third-party platforms, proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign, audience, data, email, form, and platform issues; independently resolve routine problems and escalate more complex issues* Serve as a primary point of contact for Marketing and Business Development teams for email marketing and Eloqua-related questions, requests, and technical issues, providing clear guidance, next steps, and best practices* Coordinate campaign execution activities with offshore team members, providing clear requirements, answering questions, reviewing completed work, and helping ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines* Troubleshoot email template errors and styling issues, reviewing and updating HTML/CSS to ensure proper formatting, functionality, and consistent rendering across email clients* Analyze performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness of emails, campaigns and audience segmentation* Maintain established Eloqua governance and housekeeping standards such as managing, auditing, and overseeing folder structures and asset naming consistency (segments, campaign names, canvases, reports, basic page tagging, etc.)* Develop, maintain, and regularly review documentation for marketing automation processes, procedures, and platform configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency across the team* Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation processes, documentation, quality controls, and workflows, and contribute to platform enhancements as experience develops**Job Specifications:*** Bachelor’s degree* At least five (5) years of related work experience* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)* Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)* Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)* Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/WordPress* Knowledge of lead management best practices and performance reporting* Knowledge of governmental compliance policies and regulations (GDPR, DPIA, CASL, CCPA, etc.)* Strong ability to learn complex software solutions* Strong and concise written, verbal and presentation skills* Strong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment* Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team* Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target Hiring Range $97,000 - $136,000 Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
