Job Description

·                     Coordinate and manage outbound shipments to ensure on-time, error-free deliveries

·                     Prepare and process shipping documentation for UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers

·                     Package and stage orders accurately in alignment with quality and shipping standards

·                     Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking stock levels and reconciling discrepancies

·                     Generate shipping documents and invoices to support efficient order fulfillment

·                     Communicate with customer service teams to provide timely updates on order status

·                     Adhere to all quality, safety, and shipping compliance standards

Key Requirements

·                     Hands-on experience in shipping coordination or logistics

·                     Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping documentation, and invoice processing

·                     Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment
