Operating Room - Surgical Technologist

Shift: 8:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Strong ortho, neuro experience required.

Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends, holidays, and call per department guidelines.

Floating Requirements: Float per department guidelines.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
