Overview

Our organization is on the lookout for a Full-Time OB/GYN to join our team in the Tampa Bay Area .

Practice Highlights

• We are a well-respected private practice that is expanding and seeking an additional MD.
• The current team consists of 3 MDs and 1 midwife, supported by a full front and back-office staff.
• Our operations are centralized in one office location and one hospital.
• Call Schedule: 1:5 for both weekdays and weekends.
• We exclusively cover our own patients, with no unassigned cases or ER calls.
• Deliveries take place at Advent Health Tampa, which features a Level III NICU.
• Work Schedule: 3.5 days in the office and 1 OR day (which coincides with the call day); a half day off after call.
• Patient Load: Approximately 20-25 patients daily.
• We foster a supportive and appreciative culture, with many staff members having been with us for over a decade.
• Our practice utilizes Dragon, AI scribes, and in-person scribes to streamline documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at a minimum of $300k, with potential for more based on experience.

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Current Unrestricted Florida State Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
