Multi-Site Plant Manager – Blow Molding
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead operations across multiple blow molding manufacturing facilities.
This position will be responsible for overall plant performance , developing strong leadership teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strong customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Drive improvements in productivity, OEE, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery .
- Develop plant leadership teams and hold accountable to operational and financial goals.
- Provide technical and operational leadership in blow molding processes and equipment .
- Lead Lean/continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities.
- Oversee maintenance, capital projects, equipment reliability, and capacity expansion.
- Manage plant budgets and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and employee development .
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong experience in plastics manufacturing and blow molding .
- Multi-site manufacturing management experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record improving plant productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
