Store Manager - Guest Experience Leader

Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel in the Hudson Valley seeks a Starbucks Manager to lead the store operation, ensure Service Excellence, train Baristas, and maintain quality standards and cleanliness.
You will supervise a shift roster including AM, PM and mid shifts, manage payroll and store costs, handle guest issues with professionalism, and enforce Franchise and Remington SOPs while fostering a positive team environment.
