About the Role Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store in the cafeteria at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, AL. One of Alabama's largest hospital campuses, this location keeps doctors, nurses, staff, and visitors fueled around the clock. As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.
