- Welcome visitors, assist with check-in and visitor badging, and direct guests to meetings
- Ensure all visitors are properly signed into the visitor log
- Order and maintain office supplies for multiple office suites
- Pick up and distribute mail from the corporate office twice per week
- Coordinate FedEx shipments and deliveries
- Communicate facility needs and coordinate with janitorial staff
- Provide general administrative and front desk support
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable team player with a professional, positive attitude
