Founded more than 20 years ago, the firm has expanded to seven offices across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina and focuses exclusively on insurance defense.

Its attorneys represent insurers, employers, self-insured funds, government entities, and other institutional clients across sophisticated workers' compensation and civil-defense matters.

from an accredited law school Active bar admission in the applicable state Prior workers' compensation or insurance-defense experience preferred Litigation experience strongly valued Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage an active caseload and multiple deadlines Strong communication and client-management skills Interest in developing a long-term workers' compensation defense practice Interested in hearing more?
