Join us on our journey towards sustainable growth, creating real impact on patients and society!/ppJob Description:/ppSummary/ppThe Oncology Sales Representative will provide physicians, pharmacists and healthcare professionals with products, services, and information that will enable them to use and prescribe Ipsens products safely and effectively. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the territory and administrative requirements in an efficient manner and will achieve full compliance with drug laws and regulations when providing samples of Ipsens products to physicians./ppYour territory spans South Phoenix and Southern Arizona (Tucson)/ppMain Responsibilities/pulliRepresent Ipsens Oncology product in the U.S. marketplace/liliResponsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals for the territory by effectively positioning the benefits and use of Ipsens products for appropriate patients/liliDevelops and implements robust territory business plans centered on performance; meet or exceed territory productivity requirements/liliDevelops strong and long-term relationships with customers in all assigned accounts/liliRepresent Ipsens brands in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner/liliDemonstrates thorough understanding of disease states, Ipsens brands and relevant competitor products/liliDemonstrates a high proficiency of the broader reimbursement environment; possesses a deep understanding of the reimbursement and fulfilment pathways for injectable medications/liliDemonstrates highly effective territory management and superior selling competencies/liliFosters team effectiveness and accomplishments of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience and information./liliEffective management of territory resources and budget/liliComplies with all laws regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Ipsen U.S. staff/liliReports to Regional Business Director, collaborates with colleagues in sales, marketing, V A, sales training, HR./liliDevelops and maintains relationships w/Key Oncologists, Hospitals, Healthcare institutions, Industry Experts, Consultants etc./li/ulpKnowledge and Experience/pulliBachelors degree from accredited college or university/liliMinimum 8 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative, and minimum of 5 years in Oncology/liliDemonstrated strong capability in account management, superior selling competencies and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals/liliDemonstrated strong business analytics to understand and analyse business and market drivers, and develop, execute and adjust territory business plans/liliDemonstrated skills at building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, office staff and others in the customer influence network/liliDemonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix teams/liliDemonstrated track record of developing self to drive and enhance performance/liliProven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines/liliValid drivers license in the state in which you reside/liliAbility and willingness to travel by car, air and public transportation/liliLaunch experience especially in Oncology strongly preferred./li/ulh3The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000./h3h3This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program./h3h3At Ipsen we are proud to offer a comprehensive employee benefits package, including 401(k) with company contributions, group medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, as well as flexible spending accounts.
