This outpatient cancer center provides specialized hematology and oncology services with comprehensive cancer and blood disorder treatment capabilities. The facility maintains established protocols for patient care delivery with on-site pharmacy support and coordinated services designed to support optimal patient outcomes.

Montrose offers visitors access to three museums focusing on Western Colorado and Ute Indian history, including the Museum of the Mountain West, Ute Indian Museum, and Montrose County Historical Museum. The area features three 18-hole golf courses, with Bridges Golf & Country Club and Links At Cobble Creek serving as popular destinations for recreational activities. The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care managing approximately 12 patients per day working 3-4 days per week. Clinical responsibilities include treating 70% oncology and 30% hematology cases including benign hematology conditions from the community with 1:4 call rotation coverage including weeknight and weekend call. The position requires coordination with 4 staff clinicians, 1 advanced practice provider, dedicated nurse navigators, schedulers, and on-site pharmacy support. Each physician maintains assigned nurse navigator and scheduler support for optimal patient care delivery.
