Details Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings (11:30 AM to 12:00 AM) Employment Type: Travel Location: Aurora, Colorado Qualifications Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary Minimum 3 years pediatric ICU experience Minimum 3 years neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4) experience Minimum 1 year pediatric emergency department experience Minimum 1 year pediatric Level 1 trauma experience 5 years of RRT experience Licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Prior travel assignment experience No more than 10 days off requested during the contract Preferred Qualifications Minimum 4 years pediatric ICU experience Minimum 4 years neonatal ICU experience Float and Travel Policy Float rotation may be required; personnel may be floated within a 35-mile radius of the original facility to meet staffing needs. Guaranteed schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Swing shift from 11:30 AM to Midnight; shifts may be converted if canceled due to staffing. Must work Labor Day. RTO (Requested Time Off): No more than 10 days off during the contract; no RTO approval within the first 2 weeks of assignment. RTO blackout dates: August 1-10, August 28-September 5, October 8-17, October 29-November 2. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, starting August 4, 2026, and ending November 7, 2026.
