Required Skills:

• Valid and active medical license to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric and gynecologic care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Prior experience in hospital or outpatient settings highly valued

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible
• Ability to work 24-hour call shifts at the site
• Must comply with all applicable licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement policies
• Willingness to work on an ongoing basis with flexible scheduling
