Part time or Full time position. Booming Southlake/Grapevine CPA Firm seeks an experienced  Seasonal Full-Charge Bookkeeper with personality who walks on water with a sense of humor and critical thinking. Morning, afternoon, or evening work available.

God comes first. Family comes second with our firm to manage children and elderly parents. Stable company in existence over 35 years.

We are an established public CPA firm with an extremely affluent client base throughout the United States from Hawaii, CA, WA, NY, NJ, FL, SC, NC, etc.

We are looking for an exceptional person who has the desire and the potential to be a Full-Charge Bookkeeper and with the responsibilities not limited to:

• Create financial statements and related financial reports using QuickBooks
• Create payroll tax reports, sales tax reports and related reports using QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
• Maintain an orderly filing system and chart of accounts
• Knowledge of Income-Tax Basis General Ledger Bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Fluency in QuickBooks
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
